For the longest time, I didn’t trust the so-called “budget” earphones from any brand. Why? Because at that price point, I always got crappy design, boomy bass that ruined mids and highs, and mic/sound quality that screamed “cheap.”
But then I tried the Soundcore R50i — and when I saw the price, I was in shock. There was a massive gap between what I expected and what this little thing delivered (in a good way).
Looks aren’t everything — design means how a product works as much as how it looks. And Soundcore nailed that.
The R50i has:
Once you pop them into your ears, the comfort and fit make them feel a lot more premium than typical budget buds.
Under the hood, you get 10 mm dynamic drivers with BassUp, pumping out surprisingly rich and punchy bass without completely destroying vocals or treble.
Through the official app, you get 22 preset EQ modes (rock, pop, custom, etc.), so you can fine-tune the sound to match your music and mood.
For this price, the feature set is honestly stacked.
If your budget is around ₹1,000–₹1,500, just go for it.
For casual music listening, calls, commuting or gym sessions — you get way more than what you pay for.
In short: it’s a steal.
